I2cuci Terms and Conditions — Your Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and i2cuci ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i2cuci platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel — you hereby accept and agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if needed.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use i2cuci services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years or as required by the legal age limit in your region.
• Not residing in a territory or country where online gaming activity is fully prohibited by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Never having been banned or restricted from using i2cuci services or related platforms.
• Register on your own behalf only — registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

I2cuci reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation, and in cases of fraud, will be permanently closed.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at i2cuci. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and any balances or wins they contain may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. i2cuci will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security, i2cuci implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit valid identification documents before any withdrawal is processed or your wagering limit is increased. This process is in place to protect you and uphold the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

• Deposited funds must be your own money obtained through lawful means.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within set timeframes depending on the chosen method. For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals may only be made to the same method or account used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC review before approval.
• I2cuci does not charge hidden fees for standard withdrawals.
• Any attempt to transfer funds through unverified methods will result in the request being held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

I2cuci offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotional offer. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the i2cuci platform operate in accordance with industry-standard rules and have been independently audited to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, for Live Casino, by real human dealers in a live studio.

6.1 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, i2cuci will use system records to determine the game status at the time of the disruption. Decisions made by the system are final. If records are insufficient to determine an outcome, the wager will be returned to the player.

6.2 Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games, the table rules stated by the dealer and platform during the session apply. Dealer decisions that have already been made cannot be disputed on subjective grounds.

7 User Conduct

I2cuci is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or submission of false information.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Disruptive or offensive behavior in any communication channel on the platform.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any winnings or balance.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your i2cuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Funds remaining unclaimed 90 days after the closure request date may be subject to the inactive funds policy.

8.2 Closure by i2cuci

I2cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In the case of a justified closure, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

8.3 Inactive Account Balance

Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. i2cuci reserves the right to apply a small monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any such fee is charged.

9 Liability Limits

I2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from the following:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party internet infrastructure failures.
• Indirect, consequential losses, or missed profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game providers.
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

I2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.
